Recommended Recipe

(1) Bring water to boil in a large pot (at least 2.5L), then scatter the noodles into the pot and stir with chopsticks to loosen.

(2) When the water comes to a boil again, turn down the heat and bring to a light boil to prevent the water from boiling over out of the pot or you can add a small amount of cold water instead of turning down the heat.

(3) Boil for 3-4 minutes until desired firmness of noodles. Place noodles in strainer and rinse with cold water. Tastes best if eaten immediately after draining the water.
