Recommended Recipe

(1) Bring water to boil in a large pot (at least 2.5L), then scatter the noodles into the pot and stir with chopsticks to loosen.
(2) When the water comes to a boil again, turn down the heat and bring to a light boil to prevent the water from boiling over out of the pot or you can add a small amount of cold water instead of turning down the heat.
(3) Boil for 10 minutes until desired firmness of noodles. Place noodles in strainer and rinse with cold water. Tastes best if eaten immediately after draining the water.
