Recommended Recipe

Onigiri : Mix grilled mackerel flakes and green onions with mayonnaise and mix with rice to make rice balls. The fat from the mackerel blends well with the rice, giving it a mellow texture with just the right amount of saltiness and the flavor of mayonnaise.

Ochazuke : Simply place some green onions and a suitable amount of grilled mackerel flakes on rice and pour tea over it. The broth that has been soaked into the mackerel will dissolve into the tea, so no seasoning is needed. It has a slight salty taste and is very easy to eat. We also recommend sprinkling some black sesame seeds or chopped nori seaweed on top, if you like.

Salad : A salad made with ricotta cheese and sesame oil. The addition of lots of nuts makes this a perfect anti-aging salad.
